Customization changes made are not working for only one employee and working fine for others.

Hi,

We had made a page customization in goals page, so that only HR specialist will have the access to edit or delete goals but not employees or managers.

Everything was working as expected but we encountered an issue with one employee for whom, HR admin cannot see the delete button and also cannot edit all the fields in goals.

Please note: For the same employee, the customization is working perfectly fine like all the other employees in test instance,

but we are facing this issue in prod.
