In upgrade 24c, it is mentioned that Self Service Procurement will be removed by Responsive Self Service Application. So does this mean Self Service Procurement will not be available anymore with this upgrade.

Because Self Service Procurement is going to expire in 25A as per the mail from Oracle Updates.

Please clarify whether Self Service Procurement will be available after 24C upgrade or not.
