Need Steps to Install Connectivity agents on OCI DB with on prem EBS to connect from OIC

We need to build integration between on prem EBS with OCI to Fusion Procurement. We could find instruction to install Agents on on-prem DB , would like to understand will there be separate steps to follow to have agents install on OCI with on-prem EBS.
