Global Transfer is not transferring payroll balances correctly

Has anyone else had issues in 24B with Global Transfers not migrating payroll balances accurately? Specifically, we are transferring deferred comp / 401k balances to avoid over deducting, but the balances are wrong and even negative in some cases.
