Change orders in POs

Summary:

I am setting up approval rules for purchase orders, and I want to consider a rule for change orders to auto approve, but during my testing I realized that I need to set up two rules, the first rule to tell the application what to do when it IS a change order.

And a third rule that indicates what to do when it is NOT a change order, so that it generates a flow when it is a new PO.

Is there any way or condition that allows me to make less rules, since doing it this way I would have to duplicate rules.
