The Overall Message Limit Per Day has Been Reached (SMS Message Blocked) - why is this happening?
Summary:
I have a recruiter who has been getting blocked from sending SMS messages lately, and I am unsure why. I looked at our "recruiting messaging configuration" and saw that our daily hard cap was at 1060 and the daily limit for a candidate was at 25. I downloaded the daily and 30 day sms review and we are barely reaching 500 in a single day once a month let alone 1060. I've reviewed the candidate as well and have only seen 4 sms messages sent to them in total. Is there another reason why we would be getting blocked here?
