Payslip is not sending to FTP through Payslip Extract

Hello Team,

Greetings of the day!!

In seeded Payslip Extract, we have an additional delivery option which will send the Payslip XML data to FTP and it is working fine earlier. Now we have modified the output type from XML to PDF in the same delivery option and ran the payslip, But PDF is not generating. Payslip Template is RTF and we have enabled the both PDF and XML output formats in BIP report.

I also tried to change the Output Format back to XML, Now XML also not generating and not sending it to PDF.

Please do let me know if any one faced the similar issue or any idea about it.
