missing receivable transaction

I have created receivable transaction 65, I have printed it and downloaded the pdf by clicking on view image from receivable screen.

now I am not able to find that transaction in receivable screen, nor from backend i am able to find it in ra_customer_trx_all.
I can see all other transactions starting from 60 to 69 but only 65 is missing from front and back end too.

any clue what would have been done?
