UK Absences - Enabling Multiple Assignment - Do absence cases get created for pending worker also?
Summary:
Hi,
We have successfully completed transition in lower environments to new solution for UK LDG. However post transition we have observed that for pending workers also absence case page is getting created (Primary as No) and asking to select work relationship. Is it an expected behavior? Because usually pending working are not eligible for any statutory absence?
Our Process Hire candidate as pending worker and convert them manually as an employee.
