Summary:

We are currently facing an issue while submitting the flow "Load Initial Balance" after successfully loading the HDL files Initialize Balance BatchHeader.dat and Initialize Balance BatchLine.dat. The error message we are encountering is:

"Required value for reference Unique Reference wasn't provided."

Details:

  • Balance Name: Attachment of Earnings Order Priority Fee
  • Dimension Name: Payroll Relationship, Tax Reporting Unit, Reference Code, Tax Year to Date

In our HDL file, there doesn't appear to be a relevant field to pass the Unique Reference. Has anyone experienced this issue before or does anyone have insights on how to resolve this error?
