Can RSSP be used with "Oracle Fusion Applications" mobile app

1) We want to check with you if we can ask our users to access RSSP using the "Oracle Fusion Applications" mobile app formerly known as "Oracle HCM Cloud"
(app screenshot from google playstore below)
A lot of our users already have the "Oracle Fusion Applications" app on their phones and it looks like they are able to access "Purchase Requisitions" app icon since they have the SSP role/privilege on their oracle user id.

Instead of adding the url to the chrome/safari browser and installing the app shortcut on the device we would like our users to just download the "
