I want to exclude certain customers from strategy assignment in a BU

Summary:

I do not want to scoring and strategies to be assigned to certain customers in a BU but I still want to send them Dunnings. Can you pls advise how can I stop system considering certain customers for Advanced Collections? Please note that we still want to assign the Collectors to such customers
