How to check NULL value in Job offer approval

Hi All,

We have setup approval for job offer letter which is based on Grade Rate Min and Max value.

This condition is failing when there is no salary range defined for any grade.

(((Offer Salary Details.Amount < Offer Salary Details.Grade RateMin) OR (Offer Salary Details.Amount > Offer Salary Details.Grade RateMax)))

Any idea how do we incorporate NOT NULL condition?
