How to configure Compensation zones at state level with few exceptions at City level
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
Our Client is having Compensation Zones defined at state level and there are few exceptions at city level. For example) California State belong to Mid Compensation Zone but the city San Franscio belongs to Max Compensation Zone. Our Client doesn't want to maintain the compensation zones at city level as it would be both difficult to configure and also to maintain. we cannot have one zone defined at State level and one zone at City level for exceptional cases as Oracle HCM is expecting the Compensation Zones to be mutually exclusive. Is there any other way achieving this requirement?
