REST api to add the freight charges for a sales order line

I have tried the salesOrdersForOrderHub rest API to add the freight charges for a sales order line. but it is giving no response. without charges it is able to updat the sale order line details like quantity and other attibutes.

My requirement is need to add the freight charges.
