Select multiple columns for deletion

Summary:

Since 4.1, it is not possible anymore to select multiple or select all columns for deletion when customizing the layout.
This feature was available in 4.0 and is very helpful, even mandatory when the object contains a large number of fields and that the need is to display only a few.
