24B: Redwood Time Card Enhancements- with Warning not working

In 24B, inherited feature is there stating, Time Card That Can't be Saved Because of a Time Entry Error and Time Card Saved with Warnings- But these feature is not working

24B Feature

As per this feature, we should get an error or warning when we create a timecard which exceeds hours then maximum hours, but we have not getting any error or warning. Between our customer use biweekly timecard submission, so its 80 hours total scheduled time, when we submit timecard more than 80 hours, it's not erroring or showing up warning
