Descriptive Flexfields are not appearing in Skills and Qualification

Hello experts,

we created a custom section in skill and qualification with flexfield.

After deploying flexfields and launched LDAP processes the section is now visible but I cannot see custom fields even if List of Values option in descriptive flexfield page is enabled? How can I solve it?
