How to edit my extract to pull more than one benefit plan per employee

Hello All,

I am working on integrating HCM with Oracle EPM. We are using provided extract templates from Oracle to pull associated data. Currently I am struggling. Employees can have numerous benefit plans associated with them (see screenshot 1 for example). But my extract/integration only pulls ONE of these. I am not super familiar with HCM/extracts. Does anyone know how I can adjust these to pull the rest of the plans per employee? I can then map them explicitly in EPM. I've attached screenshots of the extract definition and the otbi report that goes with it (all provided by oracle out of
