Is the Suggested Job and Similar Job only for External career site or Opportunity Marketplace also?

Is Suggested Job and recommended job in Oracle Recruiting Cloud is one of the same thing?

If Suggested Job and recommended job is same, then how come Recommended Job Feature is shownup even before the AI enablement?

How Similar Job is already available before AI enablement in our system?

Apparently two features from the list is already present in our setup without AI being enabled : Recommended Job and Similar Job,
