AR Standard Receipt Import FBDI Comments Field Limited to 240 Char

Summary: When running the Process Receipts through Lockbox process, the COMMENTS field limit is 240 characters. If adding through Create Receipts UI, the Comments field limit is 2000. Why is there a difference? Receivables Standard Receipt Import FBDI template sheet name 'Record 6 - Payment' reflects 240 characters in the Comments column.

We would like to import Standard Receipts with Comments field > 240 characters. Is there any other way to create receipts with Comments more than 240 Char.
