Deriving Revenue account for Bill-only scenario

Hi all. We derive few segments of revenue account from Item Sales Account which is specific to each Inv Org or warehouse. But in case of Bill-only scenario, OM team is not willing to provide warehouse details on SO lines, resulting in AR invoice stuck in interface due to missing segments. Please let me know how we should handle this scenario.
