Sending candidates forms to fill out

Summary:

Asking for recommendation.

Scenario: We plan to develop a candidate selection phase that has a Phase called "Internal Investigation". One of the requirement is when the candidate reaches this phase, the recruiter should send out to the candidate some forms that needs to fill out.

I like o get some ideas or work around on how to send the candidate a message with attached documents that does not need to go out of ORC? Any suggestions?

Note that the candidate does is still not in the Offer stage…
