while creating req can we by default set them to post in both internal and external career site ?

Hello,

Presently many recruiters are tagging candidates directly to req without being posted in either of the career sites.

We want to make sure only once the requisition is posted only then they should be able to tag the candidate into the requisition , let it be internal or external candidate.

Can we use loop back or any other process for this ?
