In case of 2 OIC Instances, how to start OIC Instance ID with a provided sequence

Hello Team,

Customer is planning to have 2 OIC instances and use OIC instance ID as primary identifier for many integrations.
In some instances OIC instance id can be same from both OIC instances which will fail the integrations as we are using same ATP.

In order to overcome the issue can we initialize the OIC instance id while provisioning the instance?
