Change the source environment for FAW

Hi,

Our FAW dev instance is linked to an HCM test environment which has not been refreshed recently.., I'l like to change the source with another HCM test environment which has been refreshed last month.

Can I just change the source in the OCI console making sure I won't lose anything on my instance ? Is that something possible ?
