Hiring Team: View only people with Recruiter and Hiring Manager role

Hi Team,

Our client asks to make the Recruiter able to search for people with Recruiter and Hiring Manger role only in "Hiring Team".

The aim is to avoid the possibility to select a wrong person from the list: the company has a lot of people with same Last/First Name, however with different Job.

I think this is possible by setting a specific Person Security profile to link to the Data Role.

Could you please share your expertise and any technical guideline?
