Pension Payroll ID is limited to 8 characters
Summary:
When adding a Pension record, Pension Payroll ID (context1) is a mandatory field, limited to eight characters and does not auto-populate. This creates a problem when person numbers are 8 digits or longer.
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
The field "Pension Payroll ID" on the Benefits and Pensions calculation card is mandatory, does not auto-populate and is only 8 characters long. Employees with multiple assignments may need separate pension components. If the organization has person numbers that are 8 digits long or more, this means using their person number with "-1" etc on the end isn't going to work and this causes admin work to workaround it.
