We have these requirement - but while doing configuration - I could not find attribute or way to call it.
1.) Manager of the hiring manager has a lower Level 3 (Job Level 3) then all managers in between need to approve. Approval chain stops Level 3 (Job Level 3).
2.) If the hiring manager is a level 3 (Job Level 3) then the approval must go to their manager.
