how to delete resource centric territory

Summary:

I have deleted the Resource-Centric Territory by these steps,

In order to delete the resource-based territories from the Territories list, please resubmit the "Refresh Territories from Resources process" with a diagnostic parameter as "from_resource=-1"

but the Resource-Centric entry was not removed. It still appears in the territory list, and when I open it, an error is generated stating that the territory is deleted. This issue is affecting my quota.
