How to identify the correct report to customize FYI notifications for Onboarding Checklist Tasks?

We have a requirement to add few additional fields on FYI notifications for Onboarding Checklist. Can anyone help us with identifying the BIP Report that is generating this notification? I have attached the screenshot for reference.
