Termination Action/Reason Logic Autocomplete Fail

Our HR team is requesting us to provide logic which based on the specific termination action reason the Recommended for Rehire selection is defaulted. I have a autocomplete in place that works with the logic. However, when the candidate is termed it's failing to complete, and provide a BPEL_FAULT error through the approval flow.

Attached is the autocomplete used, which is a duplicate of the delivery rule with removal of data points not required. Also, attached is the approval rule download of the failed term.
