Labor Distribution - Options to Leverage HCM Default Costing for Exceptions

Summary:

Within the Labor Distribution (LD) Module, are there any options to leverage the HCM default costing when a labor schedule has not been setup for an assignment? Within our current configuration, if a labor schedule version has not been defined for an assignment for a specified period, the corresponding labor costs will fail (be rejected) upon the import of labor costs into the LD Module. Given the volume of labor costs running through the LD Module and our decentralized model for creating and modifying labor schedule versions, there are instances where Departments have not yet added/updated labor schedule
