Hi,

We have a requirement where the chat conference needs to be routed to a queue instead of single agent. I am not sure whether there is any built in functionality available for the same. If the feature is not supported, is there a way we can achieve this with customization ?

Need a way to conference into a queue instead of picking a specific agent.

There was similar request posted in Idea lab and it has no update on the request. Hoping someone can help me out here.
