May I conclude that there are 2 privileges to achieve "Receive on behalf of others", which are these?

  1. Create Self-Service All Requisition Receiving Receipt
    (RCV_CREATE_SELF_SERVICE_ALL_REQUISITION_RECEIVING_RECEIPT_PRIV)
  2. Create Receipt for Procurement Preparer with the Responsive Self Service Receiving Application
