Calendars.ReadWrite access for Microsoft Office 365 Calendar Integration

Oracle Recruiting Cloud requires “Calendars.ReadWrite” access when setting up the Microsoft Office 365 Calendar Integration [Attached documentation]. As we understand,  this access only gives integration the right to automatically create/sync details that should come from updating the Interview Details on ORC.

 

Can Oracle provide further details how ORC prevents this access right from being used by end user (Recruiter)? E.g. there is no manual update of O365 by ORC
