Split worksheet based on grade for workflow approval in Workforce Compensation Plan

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have a requirement where the client want to split the worksheet based on Grade after one level of approval.
Example - Standard approval hierarchy - Business Unit Head > HR Head > Compensation Head > CEO
Required Hirerachy - 1. Business Unit Head > HRBP 1 (Grade 1-5) > HR Head > Compensation Head > CEO
2. Business Unit Head > HRBP 2 (Grade 6-8) > HR Head > Compensation Head > CEO

Is it possible to build such hierachy in the system for workflow appovals.
