How to get data from Oracle CRM to PowerBI?

We are trying to get data via Web. We are using this URL: http://servername.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com/crmRestApi/searchResources/11.13.18.05/custom-actions/queries?. What should be the request to retrieve data via GET method? Is it not possible to get data via Web?
