Addtional Color Code Options on Talent Review Template

Summary:

While I suspect I know the answer, I'd just like to check if:

1. it's possible to add additional colour code options to the Talent Review Template,
2. if not, is anyone aware of any plans to increase the option list

Client would like to add Region (attribute from Location record, which is available option) as this is a more widely and commonly used across business than location.
