US 1099 Invoice Exceptions Report has different results when exported in different formats

Summary:

Once the US 1099 Invoice Exceptions Report process is completed and the status is Succeeded, we go to the Process Details section to download the report in PDF or click on Republish and export it in the desired format.

When the report is downloaded in PDF or RTF format, the output data matches. But when we republish the data in excel (xlsx) and csv format the output is different.

In xlsx format, the data matches with PDF format but after 'Invoice Distribution Lines for Non-1099 Suppliers with an Income Tax Type' sheet, there is a blank page with Oracle letterhead and no data in that page.
