Mass Edit features not working

No features on the Mass Edit screen are working.

Has anyone experienced an issue where the Mass Edit page just isn't working? It pulls up and allows me to select rules, but when I select anything in the Actions dropdown, nothing happens. It literally just sits there. It's worked fine in the past so I'm at a loss as to why it's not working now. I will likely need to open an SR, but wanted to check and see if anyone here had experienced something similar?

It IS working in our Test environment.
