No Markup in category based Global PO

We have the Global Procurement scenario wherein we have created the

Requisition BU - UK

Procurement BU - US

Sold to LE - US

This is category-based PO (no item) scenario where we can see all the trade events but we cannot see the PII. We have used the pricing strategy as "Transaction cost basis)

Can you please advise if this is the expected behavior or there is some issue.
