Restrict line Manager to delete the owners of the Talent Pool

Summary:

Dear Experts,

Client Requirement: When line manager is adding people to the pool, they should not be able to remove an owners, this should only be for the talent specialist role to do. Owners (Line Managers) should have view only of owners.

Navigation: My Team > Show More > Add to Talent Pool > Click on Employee Name

When line manager is adding people to the pool, they should not be able to Edit the Pool Info.

Kindly help me is there any possibility to do this.

This is really critical issue identified from Client Side. Please help us to solve this issue.
