Why it displays the employee count as 0 in Global model creation in Fusion Compensation

Hi,

I have created a Workforce Compensation plan and cycle and have enabled it. I have run the start workforce compensation cycle for a specific set of employees and the process got succeeded and they were eligible for the plan as well. However, when I am going to create the global model from login through the respective manager, the employee count will display as 0. Could I know the possibility of having this issue or the list of factors I need to check?

Regards,

Thisara Dilshani
