Custom RTF Template Offer Letters - Multiple Conditions

I added multiple conditions in a paragraph but it is pulling 2 paragraphs even if it did not meet the conditions.

  1. Reinstatement is not Null , Reinstatement = N , Location is not Alberta, Worker Category is not Casual - Should pull "Paragraph 1"
  2. Reinstatement is not Null , Reinstatement = N , Location is not Alberta, Worker Category is Casual - Should pull "Paragraph 1"
  3. Reinstatement is not Null , Reinstatement = N , Location is Alberta, Worker Category is not Casual - Should pull "Paragraph 1"
  4. Reinstatement is not Null , Reinstatement = N , Location is Alberta, Worker Category is Casual - Should pull "Paragraph 2"

Condition 1 and 2 are pulling the correct paragraph but the Conditions 3 and 4 are pulling the correct paragraph and the paragraph from either 1 or 2 even if it did not meet the conditions.
