How to delete an invalid tax transaction in Subledger

Summary:

Hello, we could not close a period due to an invalid sales tax transaction in subledger(journal entry submitted from Tax Transaction Spreadsheet)

We do not need this entry anymore so we tried deleting/editing this entry, however, delete and edit buttons are greyed out.

We also tried executing Purge Tax Transaction and Accounting Hub Maintenance, but neither of them worked (Purge Tax Transaction did not pick up the invalid entry, Accounting Hub Maintenance did not allow us to select the ledger)

Is there a way to delete an invalid tax transaction in subledger? OR is there any way we can close the period despite the invalid transaction?
