How many rows can you import using FBDI, is there any limitation?

Summary:

I am thinking of importing Supply Chain Planning Calendars using File-Based Data Import (FBDI).

The expected numbers of lines to be imported is quite a few(more than 10k), so

I want to know whether the FBDI template file has some limitations regarding the numbers of records or the sizes of the file etc.
