Custom Alert Composer Templates for Performance Goals

Summary:

Hello Team,

As part of requirements, we want to send email notification to a common mailbox along with existing email and worklist notification for "Worker Notified After HR/Manager Assigns Goal" template in performance goals and we want to include worker email in subject line only when email notification is sent to common mailbox. As we are not able to add any if condition in subject line, we have copied the existing "Worker Notified After HR/Manager Assigns Goal" template and created a new template where we can send to common mailbox and include worker mail in subject. Could you please let us know
