1. I have tried using below REST API but its not returning the data)

{{hostdev}}/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/itemCosts?q=CostOrganizationName='XYZ'

Not sure if I am using the right REST API? Because in he fusion UI with same user I can see the data.

2) Also, I tried using below SOAP Service:

https://<<DEV>>/fscmService/ItemCostServiceV2

Above SOAP Service is throwing below error when passing Item Id and Organization Id:

One or more costs couldn't be found for the given set of parameters.
