Negotiated Flag on Create Non Catalog Request Page is Not available for Responsive SelfService(24C)

Hi Oracle Team,

We have a process of creating touchless PO for 'Create Non-Catalog Requests' by checking the negotiated flag in self service procurement (classic UI)

Now we have implemented RSSP and come to know that Negotiated Flag is not exist in 'Create Non-Catalog Request'.

Do we need to do any personalization to enable the Negotiated Flag for 'Create Non-Catalog Request' in RSSP?

Or, It is going to release in 24D?
